Mother's Day

We had Mother's Day at Maca's house. It was a great day. Here I am with my Tia Linda. Don't we look pretty!

There was a great mother's day brunch. Mom brought quiche. You can read about that here.

Uncle Nick came back for the week before he started a new job. Here is Gigi, me, mom, maca and uncle Nick.

We had a super fun day in the pool! I'm going to learn to swim this year!
After swimming, I like salami. Ok, let's not fib, I like salami all the time!

These are Maca and Papa's turtles. They bite. There are 6 or 7 of them that live in a big pond. There used to be really big goldfish in there too, but then Bob the Crane ate them.

Caden's 4th Birthday

Yesterday, Caden had his 4th birthday party at The Little Gym. Julie got him the coolest cupcakes.
But I still don't like frosting! So, mom took off (she ate it) the frosting for me so I could eat the cake! The cake is dyed in different colors.
Caden doesn't use his hands to eat his cupcake.

It was a pretty good time!!!

Except at the end when Julie dubbed us Mr. and Mrs. Angry Toddler!!!

Cupcakes

My new favorite thing to do is help mommy in the kitchen. I love to bake and I love cupcakes! My mom is a risk taker and lets me use the blender. I'm supervised, of course!

And you have to taste them to make sure you don't poison anyone!

Mommy puts the icing on them. But I don't like icing. The 4 in the middle are for me. Mommy likes the chocolate and daddy likes the cream cheese frosting.

Here I am shoving almost an entire cupcake into my mouth! They are great!
