Christmas

So, Christmas was fun. I got to see my cousin Kiera on Christmas eve. I'm much more fond of her than she is of me. In her defense, she had just woken up when I came over to play and she was recovering from being sick. I still like her. Hopefully, next time we can have more fun together!

Then I went to my Grandma and Grandpa O's house. My cousin JJ was there. He's cool. I needed a nap really bad by the time I got to Grandma and Grandpa's house, so I didn't play with him too much. Later on we went to my Aunt Yoli's house and had mashed potatoes. I played with my daddy's family and had a nice nap on Yoli's floor.




On Christmas morning when I came downstairs, Santa had come. I wanted this present really badly. Turns out that was mommy's present. My Grandma Camera, my Papa and My uncle Nick came over during my morning nap. They opened some presents without me. Sometimes I nap for a long time, so there was no use in waiting for me. I got a toy chest, a really nice new carseat, some toys, and some clothes. I'm well taken care of. Later on we showed my Great Grandma her new house. My Papa and my uncles bought it for her, but she had never seen it. I think she liked it. Then we went over to my Uncle Jeff and Tia Linda's house. They also have a very nice floor that I napped on. My mom and dad said they had a great time. The food was great and the company was even better. Everyone wanted to play with me. I had a great time. I hope Santa comes to my house next year too.

All about me

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Stella, well really it's Estella but only because it flows better. I'm just going to grow up confused not really knowing what my name is. That's ok, my uncle Nick doesn't know what his middle name is :) So I was born March of 2005. I was only 7lbs, 7oz when I was born. I'm growing fast though. At my 9 month check up I was in the 90th percentile for height and weight. I'm only in the 80th percentile for head circumfrence. I get my tiny head from my mom. She said that the size of my head is no reflection on my intelligence!!!

Here are some things I enjoy doing right now: screaming, trying to walk, waving, babbling (I can say mama and dada), playing with anything that is on the coffee table, spending time with my friend Caden, and eating bananas.

My Family: I have a mommy and a daddy who are really great. I have 2 grandmas (Grandma Camera and Grandma O) and 2 grandpas (Papa and Grandpa O). I have 3 great grandmas and 1 great grandpa. I have 2 uncles (Nick and Jr) and 2 aunties (Angelica and Jessica, but hopefully I'll have another auntie soon...hurry up Uncle Nick). I have one Cousin (Junior but I call him JJ). I have lots of 2nd cousins on my daddys side and only a few 2nd cousins on my mommys side. So far everyone seems pretty cool.
