Bath Time

Hi everyone. Sorry it has been a while since I posted. My mom has been really busy and she hasn't had time to upload her camera for me. I hope you all had a great Father's Day. We went to my Papa's house for Father's day. I had both sets of grandparents there and both my aunties and my little cousin Robert. My uncle Dave and my cousin Seth were there too. They came in from Iowa to visit us!
So water is my new favorite thing. I made these stepping stones for my grandparent's gardens on my balcony. But I got really dirty so my mom made me take a bath in the sink. I love baths. On Tuesday I got a bath and it was way too short. My mommy went downstairs to do laundry and left me in the living room. I guess she didn't close the gate all the way from the living room to the upstairs, because I opened the gate, climbed up the stairs, walked into my bathroom, played around in the toilet and then I got a little stuck in the bathtub. I started screaming. My mom ran upstairs to get me. When she found me I had my hands in the bottom of the empty tub, my tummy on the ledge of the bathtub and my legs kicking up in the air. I got in trouble a little bit after my mom stopped freaking out. I'm so over my mom doing laundry. That'll teach her!

Vacation

So, Phoenix is totally awesome! I wasn't a fan of the car ride there, and I was even less happy about the trip home. In between the car rides was fantastic though. We ate at some really great restaurants. We went to Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West property. It was neat. I learned a lot about the desert and his minimalistic impact on nature and his outside the box thinking on material uses. Pretty deep knowledge for a 15 month old!
I also went to this neat rail road park. They had slides and stuff, but they also had a choo choo train that my mom and dad and I rode on. They had a carousel ride too. I wasn't sure what to make of that. That tends to be my reaction to most things the first time I do them. Next time I'll think it's fantastic!
My hotel was beautiful. My boy Frank Lloyd Wright consulted on the project. I don't know if he had anything to do with the pools, but they were soooooo much fun. They had a 92 foot waterslide. You had to be "this" tall to ride it. I wasn't "this" tall though. Maybe next time. I had a small crib in the room. It was quite distracting to have my parents sleep in my room though. I'm not used to seeing them that much. Man, don't they know what privacy is??? After swimming in the pool one night, I was really sleepy and wanted to cuddle with my daddy. He makes a great pillow!
The day we left, my mom was packing up all the suitcases. I just didn't want to go. So I sat on the lid. Mom said she would zip me up in there. I was fine with that because that's where all my toys were! Jeez mom, come up with a real punishment!

New Toy

Hi there! I just wanted to show you that I got a new toy. Shortly after the box was emptied, I decided to climb in it. I laid down in it and played peek-a-boo for a while. My new toy currently resides in the recycle bin. Oh well, there will be more fun toys like this.

Just a reminder to my fans, I'm going to be on vacation until Friday. So, I should have some excellent pictures when I get back!
