July has been FUN

We went to the beach today on the way to dinner. We heard the waves were huge and wanted to see. Well, we must have been there between sets because it wasn't huge. It wasn't small, but not huge. It also wasn't stormy. It was cloudy, but not stormy. Mommy was confused by this picture when she downloaded it. It's a cool pic, but not quite representative of how it was outside. Weird.

I played at the beach for a few minutes.

Last week we went to my Grandma's house for her birthday. She has this pool in her back yard that all the kids thought was fun. It was H-O-T. Mommy didn't let me stay in the pool long enough because she said she was melting outside watching us.

Mom was going to make a Giant Cupcake. Lets just say it didn't work. It will someday. It tasted delicious, but it fell apart!

Lucky mom was kind of freaking out that something like that would happen and she made plenty of little cupcakes. They aren't as pretty as Kristin's cupcakes, but they were delicious!

Oh, and I brought home these sprouts at Mother's Day. I insisted that mommy needed to plant them. Well, they FINALLY bloomed about 2 weeks ago. Aren't they pretty. These sprouts started a whole gardening obsession. I inspired my mom to go get a flower box for our balcony. We are enjoying fresh basil and cilantro and I planted some sweet peas (which are attacking mommy's cilantro).
Sorry about the super random post, mommy has been a little scatter brained lately.

Discovery Science Center

Julie has been scoring us all kinds of free stuff lately. She brought us to the Discovery Science Center one day. They have this huge imprint wall thing. Caden and I had lots of fun here!

See our cute little hands!

They have this area where you have to pull up a percentage of your body weight to make the chair rise. They have a 1:6, 1:4 and 1:3 chairs. I did the 1: 4 chair with no problem, but all the big kids were in line for the 1:3 chair. Mom thinks I could do it. I'm really strong!

Outside of the center they have a great dinosaur exhibit. I got to sit on this little triceratops.

Mom asked me and Caden to take a picture, this is as good as she got. Mom says four year olds are super spazzy.
